Keeps his promise to appear in ‘Running Man’ despite hand injury 

SS501 Heo YoungSaeng showed his ‘Cast Fighting Spirit’.

Heo YoungSaeng attended the recording of <Good Sunday> ‘Running Man’ on 25-Apr at SBS Open Hall, DeungChon-dong, Seoul. Heo YoungSaeng, who delayed the release of his solo album due to his hand injury while practicing his dance choreography on 19-Apr, went ahead with the scheduled recording for ‘Running Man’. 

His agency B2M Entertainment said “The medical team advices to refrain from having any outdoor activities until the hand is healed completely. However he attended the recording, showing his determination to keep his promise which was made earlier. The producers and the rest of the hosts of the program were all in good praises of Heo YoungSaeng’s determination and his sincerity when he appeared for the recording with a cast.” 

Heo YoungSaeng’s appearance with a cast is not a twist but made a twist to it. The hosts of the program were taken aback when they learnt that he will be appearing with the cast on. Despite the injury, Heo YoungSaeng shone brightly with his lone fighting and his efforts to hide his existence. 

Heo YoungSaeng was supposed to start his solo activities with the release of an album on 28-Apr. But he was injured to the extend that a cast has to be put up, thus forcing a postponement for his activities. Fortunately, his condition has improved and has made adjustments to his comeback which is mid of next month. 

Han JaeHo & Kim SeungSu from Sweetunes who made Kara’s ‘Lupin’, ‘Honey’, ‘Mister’, and Steven Lee whom he had formed a strong friendship with since SS501 days, participated in Heo YoungSaeng’s solo album, his title song has been decided to be a dance song ‘Let It Go’. 

‘Running Man’ which Heo YoungSaeng appears in will be broadcasted on 8-May.

[NEWS] Heo Young Saeng discharged from the hospital last April 21

SS501's main vocalist Heo Young Saeng was hospitalized due to hand injuries. His solo album and future activities was expected to be delayed by 2 weeks.

On April 19th, Heo Young Saeng was in the middle of rehearsing the choreography for his title track when he injured his hand. He was immediately rushed to the hospital nearby to cure his injury. After diagnosis, it was known that the fracture of the back of his hands and tore ligaments will take about 4 to 5 weeks to recover. His upcoming album and future activities need to be postponed

Regarding about Heo Young Saeng's condition, Morning of  21st of April, SSTV said " Due to Heo Young Saeng strong commitment, he wants to pursue his scheduled activities and keep his promise even if he hasn't fully recovered from his injuries." . A  representative from B2M stated  "We were in the midst of discussion with the hospital representative so they could discharge him"

"Even though the hospital hasn't give its reply, his future scheduled activities will be postponed approximately for 2 weeks. We will discuss a draft plan for his future activities tonight" B2M representative added.

Furthermore, SS501's lead vocal Heo Young Saeng moved to B2M Entertainment after the expiration of his contract to his previous agency, and now preparing to release his solo album.

[NEWS] Heo Young Saeng's comeback will be delayed

SS501 Heo Youngsaeng is scheduled to release his solo album in April 28th. However, due to a recent injury, his solo debut will most likely be delayed.

On April 19th, Heo Youngsaeng was in the middle of rehearsing the choreography for his title track when he injured his hand. He was immediately rushed to the hospital for his injury.

Preliminary diagnosis show that he has torn a ligament tear and fractured his hand, and they are still awaiting more detailed results. His schedule and album release schedule will be re-planned accordingly.

Heo Youngsaeng is expected to be discharged from the hospital the same time his album is scheduled to be released. The singer expressed his sadness that he could not live up to his promise with fans and that his solo debut would be later than expected.

[NEWS] B2M postpone Young Saeng's future activities due to his injury

Hello this is B2M Entertainment.

We’re here to deliver a piece of sad news to all fans who have been eagerly awaiting for Heo Youngsaeng-gun’s release of his first mini album and his solo activities.

While practising for his choreography, Youngsaeng-gun had hurt his hands, and until he recovers from that, all of his schedules and album have decided to be postponed.

All of you guys have been eagerly awaiting for him, and for the fact that we have decided for a delay is because Youngsaeng-gun’s health is of utmost priority more than anything.

After diagnosis, it was known that the fracture of the back of his hands and rusture of ligaments will take about 4~5weeks to recover. For that, he is currently receiving treatment. Apart from Youngsaeng-gun’s hands, there aren’t any other health issues that he’s facing for now.

We’ll do all our best that we can in ensuring the recovery of Youngsaeng-gun. As for his album activities and all, we will make another notice soon after he is discharged.

Once again we wish to say sorry for having worried everybody.

We hope for Youngsaeng-gun’s fast recovery.

Instead of ballad, chooses dance song, prepares for an excellent dance

SS501 Heo YoungSaeng opens fire for his solo activities.

His agency B2M Entertainment revealed on 8-Apr “Heo YoungSaeng is working with Sweetunes who made most of the hit songs for KARA, and returns for his solo activities. He will be standing on stage differently with a powerful dance song.”

Heo YoungSaeng is the main vocal of SS501 and has gained recognition for his singing ability. His title song LET IT GO, is a impressive song with powerful beat. Eve though fans expected that he would have a sensual ballad song, he chose the unexpected. He hopes that with his comeback as a solo, he can appeal to fans with his singing ability as well as his dancing ability which he has put in a lot of efforts all these while.

Agency’s representative said “Heo YoungSaeng sang Bi’s ‘Song to hold you’ during his fan meeting, and displayed his excellent dance ability. The performance this time will be also different from the days of group activities, you will be able to see a new side of him.”

Besides Kim HyungJun and Park JungMin, Heo YoungSaeng has also started his solo activities. Kim HyunJoong will also release his album within this year and starts his solo activities. Kim KyuJong is looking for a work to transform into an actor.

The wait was finally over!!!!! ^^,

SS501's Heo Young Saeng will finally be following in the footsteps of his bandmates by going solo!

His agency, B2M Entertainment, revealed, "Heo Young Saeng will be working with Sweetunes, the composing team behind the majority of KARA's hit tracks. He won't be going for a ballad, but will present a strong dance track instead." 

As the main vocalist of SS501, Heo Young Saeng already had his vocal talent recognized by the masses. Consequently, fans expected him to come out with a sultry ballad that displayed more of his talent. Young Saeng, however, is more determined than ever to show a new side of himself through his title track, "Let It Go."

With three out of the five SS501 members promoting in the industry, and Kim Hyun Joong preparing for his solo as well, fans can expect a busy year from the members. Kim Kyu Jong will also be transitioning into acting, and is currently taking acting lessons.

Young Saeng's album will be released on April 28th.
